New CEO for Mary Kay

David Holl has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Mary Kay Inc. He has been with the organization since 1993, most recently serving as president and chief operating officer.

Holl replaces Richard Rogers, Mary Kay Ash’s son and co-founder of the 43-year-old company, who will become executive chairman.

Mary Kay is a privately held company with more than 4,000 employees worldwide and more than 1.6 million independent beauty consultants. The company’s 2005 revenue exceeded $2.2 billion.
